Cancer signature
dx Sept 25, 2006 at 41, premenopausal: multicentric IDC left breast, 2 cm. and 1.8 cm., MBRS 7/9, grade 2, ER/PR+, Her-2 neu -, no lymphovascular invasion, ki67 10-15%, clear posterior margins. Several DCIS foci, intermediate nuclear grade, cribriform pattern, no comedonecrosis; inferior posterior margin for one of the DCIS less than 1mm. SNB 7 nodes, all negative. Pathological stage T1c, N0, Mx. OncotypeDX score: 14. Tested negative for BRCA 1 and BRCA 2. Simple skin sparing mastectomy, immediate reconstruction with expandable implant, Nov 3rd, 2006. FE(100)C chemotherapy started Jan 18th, 2007, finished May 3rd, 2007. Daily radiation therapy (30 treatments) started June 4th, 2007; ended not soon enough July 16th, 2007.
